Get Well soon. with an added challenge or two

Hi! I would like to share with you the Get well card that I made for my dad.















The words written on the card next to the doctor say "Be sure to ask the doctor where the stick has been
before you say "Ahhh"!"



I thought i would enter this card into the following challenges
